During the remodel I watched the care they took to get each project done to my satisfaction. “At about 7 PM last night my son decided to move his computer station into another room. Shortly after the computer was unplugged, suddenly the light in two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs disappeared…
Resetting the breakers did not help. so I called my friend electrician, and although he promptly answered, turned out he was vacationing in Mexico and could not possibly help…
Since I used Elkhorn before, I called them and got their after-hours on-call person. I explained the situation, and she said that an electrician would call me back right away.
Within 2 minutes Andre Mares called me back, explained all the option and prices, and I asked him to come to my house.
Andrew arrived on time, quickly found the problem, – the outlet where computer was plugged in lost the zero-wire, – put in the fix, and replaced the bathroom old light switch.
Although I had to pay a little extra for the urgent after-hours service, I was totally satisfied with Andrew’s quickness, professionalism, and work ethics!
