Zack was our service tech for our A/C issue. The AC wasn’t turning on. He was super friendly and professional. We have the Comfort Club membership which includes a free furnace maintenance checkup, free A/C checkup, as well as a free plumbing and electrical inspections each year, plus 10% off all services. He took his time inspecting and testing and then provided a detailed explanation of what he found and what he did, and what he recommended. He answered any questions I had. Afterwards he followed up with a detailed email message with the same information he told me. I highly recommend Zack and Elkhorn Heating.

The AC never goes out on a Tuesday morning. Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend we couldn’t get our house cooler than 78. Kevin came Saturday, on time, and fixed our AC. Even changed our furnace filter. Kevin was professional and quick. He thoroughly explained the problem and solution. Highly recommend. Thank you Elkhorn for such well trained employees.
