Elkhorn and all of their people have been great to work with, including installation of a new home furnace and AC, and maintenance for several years after installation! They obviously know what they are doing and are fast but thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Elkhorn!

We purchased the furnace under the prior company name, and when it had difficulty starting up this season, I was concerned that the warranty wouldn't have carried over with the new company. But they sent Brian LeFevre out the next day, and he was able to fix it pretty quickly. He was able to confirm that our warranty was still good, and help me get set up on a plan to ensure that the warranty stays good with their regular maintenance. (Which included the fee for his services- all at a reasonable price). He was very professional and personable.

Jay Mitchell from Elkhorn came out to fix our furnace and did a great job! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly, figured out the issue quickly, and had our furnace back up and running in no time. Really appreciated his professionalism and how easy he made the whole process. Matthew did a very thorough maintenance on our new A/C unit that was installed by Elkhorn Heating back in February 2026. He proved to be very knowledgeable about the system.

We called Elkhorn to come out and give us an estimate on installing junction boxes for our bathroom lights. Andrew came out and checked not just our missing junction boxes, but confirmed we did have them in other light fixtures. Andrew was nice, professional, and thorough. At first, we were just going to get an estimate for the work to be done, and compare with other companies however, after working with Andrew and seeing the pricing, we felt very comfortable with our experience and trust with Andrew and Elkhorn. Andrew was able to track down specialty parts needed for our light junction boxes, as well as explain other benefits that Elkhorn can offer us without feeling pressured. We are very happy with our experience and look forward to using Elkhorn if we need any additional work in the future

Zakee provided excellent service and showed me in detail about my furnace. It was especially good to know there was an easily accessible gas shut off in the event of a gas leak. He was friendly but very professional.
