I was getting a trifecta furnace, air,and H2o . They after making my install appt they called the 2 days prior for a friendly reminder. I like that. On appt day they shoed up and walked me through what was going to happen. 2 more trucks showed up and they all were so polite they had great sense of humor. I checked up on them just to be nosey, and they explained what they were doing and what they were about to do ...very knowledgeable individuals. We have used Elkhorn off and on for several years. Specifically to 'fix' things that other HVAC companies did incorrectly in our home. Last year we finally prepaid for one of their service memberships and we are glad we did. If we were always going to use them to fix things; why not just use them to maintain and service our HVAC equipment annually and when needed. They are extremely thorough in any of their services completed. Maintaining and servicing our furnace and a/c have been nothing but a positive experience. Their technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable. And they are service technicians only and not sales people. Refreshing. Everyone we have interacted with at Elkhorn makes us feel like a valued customer and our business is appreciated. Management, technicians, support staff, etc. Amazing in this day and time! Very glad to have them as our HVAC company! And they do plumbing and electrical too!

Getting the details right for a big project is often hard. The folks at Elkhorn did a great job of this for us. They replaced our aging HVAC system with a new heat pump, furnace, and humidifier which has been great. However, the equipment is located in our basement directly beneath our bedroom and noise from the new, more powerful system woke us up in the morning. Elkhorn made at least 4 follow-up visits to isolate and insulate the equipment noise. Justin, Mark, Zack, Jessie, and their teams were dedicated and creative in resolving our issues. I highly recommend Elkhorn for your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs.

Our water heater started leaking right before the Easter holiday. I called Elkhorn, got a quote and scheduled the work for the next day. The techs were prompt, courteous, and explained all of the work they performed. In addition, their pricing was significantly less than the company who originally installed the boiler and water heater 20 years ago. Their competition came out, gave me a quote and tried upselling additional equipment and service work on the boiler which Elkhorn said was not necessary.Honestly and integrity is paramount in business. That is why I give Elkhorn my highest recommendation to anyone needing the HVAC services they provide.

My experience with Elkhorn was great. Two gentlemen came out the day after I called in order to evaluate our ductwork problem and provide an estimate for repairs. I had two other estimates from different companies and they all were within $100 of each other. Elkhorn was the only one that didn’t try to push a maintenance program on me to get a discount on the repairs. That was the differentiator that nudged me in Elkhorn’s direction.We had approximately 30 feet of ductwork that had fallen to the ground in a crawlspace. The ductwork had separated at many of the seems and, given the tight access, it would have been a tough job to rebuild.Ernesto and Vicente arrived at the schedule date and time to do the repairs. They were friendly as well as thorough and professional and protected any areas of our house that might have been damaged while they worked. They finished in 3 hours the job that I thought would take at least 5 hours to do. Because the area was hard to get to, Ernesto took detailed photos of all their work and explained everything they had done.I couldn’t have expected a better outcome and I recommend Elkhorn without hesitation.

We were very pleased to be working with Elkhorn for our tankless water heater installation. Their work was top notch! And even though it ended up being more work than they originally anticipated, they never charged us a penny more than the original quote. Mike did a great job doing our annual plumbing inspection. We are selling our house and the buyers inspection was scheduled for today. Elkhorn went out of their way to schedule my inspection for today, on short notice. Mike came by and did a thorough job inspecting and found our kitchen sink disposal was in bad shape, rusted at the drain connection. I asked him if we could repair this ASAP and he completed the job in two hours. Wonderful service from Elkhorn and Mike. Would highly recommend this company!

The technician was able to verify that the broken part on my heater was under manufacturer warranty. Plum line tried to charge me $1700 While Elkhorn did the job for 180! We woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of burning electronics coming from our furnace. Oh and it was in the middle of major snowstorm. The power was going off and on and blew out a capacitor in our furnace. Elkhorn not only showed up the next morning to assess the situation, but after realizing we needed a new furnace sent a small army of workers the following day to install a brand new furnace. As someone who works in the specialty retail space, my expectations of customer service are rarely met, let alone exceeded. I have a very old, complex AC system from the 70's that recently stopped working. Elkhorn was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! They got me on their schedule quickly and were extremely nice and understanding. The tech took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, provide a detailed analysis, and answer my many many questions. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to ensure I understood his findings and recommendations. Unfortunately, due to company policy they weren't able to repair my system because it uses a shared community boiler. They didn't charge me for the visit, which was extremely generous and much appreciated! Overall, everyone I spoke with was professional, supportive, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Elkhorn to everyone and will use them in the future when I move to a place that doesn't have a shared community boiler!
