Jacob from Elkhorn H&A just wrapped up completing a maintenance and tuning service call.. I purchased the furnace & AC from Elkhorn 8 yrs ago and both units are running like a top. Jacob was very professional and was respectful of our home, especially since the furnace is in the attic! Our other furnace & A/C is in need of replacement as it's 20+ year's old.. when we are ready I'll be contacting Elkhorn for recommendations and a quote.. Very few business care about the customer these days which places Elkhorn as a top notch and leader in the HVAC world!

Jacob from ElkHorn was a delight and terrific technician. He was timely, very polite, addressed all my questions and left everything very clean.

Having problems with my A?C and thermostat. Called Elkhorn after reading great reviews and recommendation from Trane. Who makes my furnace and A/C. Eli came out and exceeded all expectations for service, communication and fixing my problemHe knew exactly what to do and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. Within an hour he had everything working great and cleaned everything up. I will recommend Elkhorn and Eli to all my friends and neighbors. Had a furnace installed today. Technicians Mark, Taylor and Alton were very professional. They took time to explain the process step by step. Showed me how to program the thermostat and cleaned up before they left. Very happy with the job they did.

I woke up at 2 AM to find my basement flooded. Thankfully, Elkhorn was quick to respond, guiding me through shutting off my water heater and stopping the water flow. The next morning, Nick arrived promptly at 8 AM with a fair price and installed a new water heater. He worked diligently, answering my many questions and even giving me a thorough explanation of the new system’s features.Nick’s professionalism and knowledge made me feel so comfortable and confident that I was able to leave the house to take my dog to the vet. It turned out he needed emergency surgery, and had it not been for the peace of mind Nick provided, I don’t know how I could’ve handled everything that day.Nick truly turned what could’ve been a disaster into a manageable situation. For that, I’m forever grateful to Elkhorn and their amazing service.

We moved to CO a year ago today. Over the past 12 months, our home has needed some pretty big updates and we have counted on Elkhorn Heating & Air for nearly every one of them. Most recently we replaced our entire HVAC system. Mark and his team, Ben, Z, and Sam were not only efficient, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From the start with the quote from Gary to the follow up with Eric, the install was a success. We highly recommend Elkhorn.

Great company! Eric serviced my Fujitsu mini split after a working summer - all A/C nominal. Eric also serviced my boiler early this year --nice to get the same confidence of a 100% systems check, with complete clarity and explanation. Samuelle came out yesterday and fixed the clogged toilet and shower in my basement. He came out earlier than his appointment, which was awesome. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. Cody, Matt & Aden and the electricians did a fantastic job upgrading our 30+ year old HVAC system. We now have cool air and more space in the laundry room. They performed a very timely and efficient job deinstalling and removing the old equipment, preparing the space, installing and testing the new system. Elkhorn installed a Fujitsu mini split for us about 4 mos ago. An error code came up and the manual said to contact the service dept. it was 6:30pm on a Monday. They answered immediately and Wric was at our house within 30 min. He found the problem and solved it within anouther 30 min. Excellent service!
