Eric was quick, friendly, and very helpful.

Chris and his assistant did an excellent job job putting in a new hot water heater. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me, reassuring me what all they did. They never complained about the tight space the heater had to be put in. They were also clean while they worked and left a clean area when they finished! I got a great price and a good warranty!! I would recommend them to anyone wanting great customer service service and a great price!

Jacob went above and beyond !! I’ve been having other household issues, and he gave me his Elkhorn business card when he came in my home. He told me about the Elkhorn repair membership, and I bought one. THANK YOU, JACOB !!!!!😁👍

Eli was awesome

First of all, you have the most pleasant people working in your company. Especially considering the fact it was a holiday weekend that we found our selves in need of service. Our neighbor had passed along your company’s Name & Number when we found our selves without heat. Eli, stayed in touch with us to let us know when he would be coming. No crazy holiday up charges. We are now signed up to have our proper service performed on a timely basis in hopes of avoiding any other major disruptions or repairs. Thank you for the great and friendly service.

Within 3 hours of calling before a holiday my furnace was running when it was not working at all. Thank you to all the Elkhorn team. From the call receptionist to who came out Bryan Lefever, service technician, the whole team knows what they are doing and nice.

Kevin came to do furnace maintenance yesterday. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and I feel very confident that our furnace will give us a full winter season of warmth without us having to worry about it. He was very good about our Yellow Labrador Retriever checking out what he was doing during the visit.

Kevin was friendly and checked out the furnace thoroughly. He did a great job.

Eric was excellent. He went above and beond to help get some heat in our house. The air handler could not be fixed on this visit but he was able to get the basement radiant floor heat working. Thank you Eric.

11/29/2024Outstanding customer service by Technician Eli! I had an after-hours No Heat” call in which Eli was dispatched. He called me shortly after I reported the problem and promptly responded to my home. Upon arrival he asked me a few questions then quickly diagnosed, located and repaired the issue. Eli was very personable, knowledgeable, and articulate in explaining what had occurred and why. It is obvious that he is a “skilled” technician”. Anyway, the house is warm again and just want to say thanks to Eli along with everyone else at ELKHORN. Great job!Contacted Elkhorn for an opinion and estimate to replace a leaking 17 year old 50 gallon residential gas water heater. Technician Josh arrived on time as scheduled (same day). Josh was very personable and obviously quite knowledgeable regarding this installation. He took the time to explain what he was observing, possible issues and what specifically needed to be done, along with providing good options for me to consider. The quote given for this job was very reasonable. I agreed to have the work done which will begin tomorrow morning.Update: 01/12/2024-Water heater installed and working great! Very professional installation by Josh and Jake. All of my original issues were resolved . The additional plumbing work done was “top notch”….beyond my expectations!Overall, I am completely satisfied on my first experience with Elkhorn Plumbing and look forward to working with them again as future needs arise.04/27/2024-Scheduled Elkhorn to come out to the house for the annual maintenance on our 17 year old Trane air conditioning / heat pump unit. Technician "Phillip" arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the process for this maintenance visit and what he would be doing during this time. Phillip was very polite, personable and easy to talk to. When he was finished, Phillip took the time to explain what he checked and why, potential issues to be aware of due to the age of the system and what to expect moving forward. He answered all of my questions and gave my AC a clean bill of health. I was very happy with this service call by Elkhorn. In addition, Cambria from the office called me early on the day of my appointment to make me aware of an earlier time slot available if I wanted it, which I took. I really appreciated that!I will use Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Bryan and Alex were absolutely the best! They showed up and found the problem with our furnace in short order and had it up and running better than it's run in quite awhile. They were great to work with! Thank you Bryan and Kyle!

11-26-2024 I would like to thank Kevin and Alex for stopping by to do our annual check-up on our heating system. The thing I love about Elkhorn is the level of detail and quality of service they provide. Kevin and Alex were both very knowledgeable and friendly. We moved to CO a year ago today. Over the past 12 months, our home has needed some pretty big updates and we have counted on Elkhorn Heating & Air for nearly every one of them. Most recently we replaced our entire HVAC system. Mark and his team, Ben, Z, and Sam were not only efficient, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From the start with the quote from Gary to the follow up with Eric, the install was a success. We highly recommend Elkhorn.

Elkhorn installed two furnaces, two AC units and a steam humidifier in our home in two days. Their technicians were knowledgeable and professional and did quality work. The workers were friendly and respectful. They put protective covering on our floors and wore booties on their feet when working in our house. We are looking forward to enjoying the new equipment which we are confident will work well.

Christopher was an hour early, quickly diagnosed the problem. He had it repaired in 15 minutes. He was a very pleasant man.

Eric is a polite and friendly person to have in your house. He was quick to identify and fix the problem with the furnace. He also answered all my questions about what caused the issue. I will definitely be keeping him (Elkhorn heating & air) in mind for all potential future issues/projects.

Zack came out to replace a faulty low water sensor on my boiler that was causing it to shut down. He was very friendly and professional. After installing the new sensor, he performed a regular maintenance service on the boiler and identified a faulty electrical component that was preventing one zone to come on. Overall, I was very happy with Zach’s service as I have been with all of the Elkhorn people.

Great service! Open communication. I signed up for Elkhorn's $99 furnace tuneup. Bryan explained what else needed to be cleaned and its priority. This left me with a clear picture of how to budget for repairs. Thanks Bryan!

The team at Elkhorn did a great job after our transformer, on our less than five year year-old furnace/heat pump, burned out. They even provided a longer-term solution by installing a fuse (at no cost) that will disconnect the heat pump from the furnace if there’s another electrical surge that would otherwise damage the transformer. Of course my furnace goes belly up on the coldest day of the year. Called Elkhorn after hours and they had someone here within 45 minutes. Ended up not being a huge deal but did require some service repairs. Jacob was the absolute best and I highly recommend if you call Elkhorn to ask him. Very personable, obviously very knowledgeable, just a very nice man who can truly be trusted. I thought the price was very reasonable. That did not require me to get a part-time job. The reason I only gave five stars is because that was the max I was allowed. Highly recommend Elkhorn. Best part they didn’t even charge after hours fee. Go with Elkhorn you can’t go wrong.

Polite, compitent and would call again

We recently had our HVAC (furnace & AC) replaced by Elkhorn and could not be more pleased with the installation. The technicians, Bryan & Ben, were professional, obviously highly competent, pleasant and courteous. They went about their job with care and attention to detail, responding to any questions we had, and were always ready to explain how and why they were doing specific tasks to complete the job. At the end of the job, which lasted about a day and a half, they were careful to clean up and leave the area completely clean. All in all - A really great job!!9/30/2024: We had purchased the Comfort Club service plan when the HVAC was replaced. For this service, Jacob arrived on-time and proceeded to complete the heating inspection and service quickly, professionally and efficiently. Jacob was at all times congenial, professional and a delight to talk to. He promptly answered any questions we had and was happy to share his knowledge.11/18/2024: Justin arrived this morning to do an electrical inspection as part of the Comfort Club service plan. Justin arrived well within the time window, and was really efficient and thorough throughout the inspection. He explained everything and was eager to answer any questions I had. Once again, great service!
