Bryan did my HVAC service. He found nothing wrong with my HVAC but did alert me to a tiny leak in my outdoor irrigation. I never would’ve seen it and getting it fixed will save me money. Needless to say, he was thorough and had great attention to detail.

This was the first time my husband and I used Elkhorn Heating. We were very pleased with the service maintenance for our heating system. Kevin explained exactly what he was going to do and answered any questions that we had.

I had an AC tune-up and my tech was Zakee. Zakee was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough job. He changed my filter without being asked and didn't seem to mind my crazy dogs who were super obnoxious!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, was very respectful, and didn’t charge us unnecessarily. It’s hard to find companies that are this trustworthy and customer-focused these days. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!

Thinking about installing mini splits is never a light decision. Justin ensured quality and committed to a great experience and that’s what we got. Those who did our install were amazing and I can’t recommend this company enough.

Elkhorn installed two furnaces, two AC units and a steam humidifier in our home in two days. Their technicians were knowledgeable and professional and did quality work. The workers were friendly and respectful. They put protective covering on our floors and wore booties on their feet when working in our house. We are looking forward to enjoying the new equipment which we are confident will work well.

From his arrival, Cade was professional, respectful, and kind. He patiently addressed all of my questions and conducted a thorough investigation of the issue. His expertise and conduct have earned my complete confidence, and I would trust him to handle any future plumbing needs.

My handyman recommended Elkhorn when my furnace died on a freezing cold night and I am so VERY happy with their service, professionalism, competence, and overall customer support. Eli came to my house within an hour (at 8pm at night), then came back another day to service the furnace and water heater. He was knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and promptly got it working again. He later came back to service the water heater and maintenance on the furnace and was professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Bryan installed a home humidifier system - again, he came on time, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and walked me through exactly how to work the system. As a first-time homeowner who is naive about such things, I never once felt like they were talking down to me, dismissing my questions, or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell me things I didn't need. Both Bryan and Eli were genuinely nice and interested in helping me to improve my home at the least cost to me. I'm so impressed by their integrity and competence. Today, Kevin came to service the furnace again and he remembered me, my pup, etc. from his prior visit. He was thorough, answered all of my ques, and explained things really well. He did a great job and made me feel like his only, and most important, customer today. I highly recommend Elkhorn, Eli, Bryan, and Kevin without reservation. Update: today Tim cane to service my A/C unit and yet again, Elkhorn and its staff went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. Tim thoroughly explained the A/C maintenance, recommendations, and he even pointed out to me that I needed to replace the batteries in the thermostat, then helped me when I couldn't figure out how to get it off the wall. Another great Elkhorn experience! I recommend Elkhorn without hesitation!
