Last week, my water heater went out. I called Elkhorn Plumbing and Heating. They were able to help me on the same day. The technician that responded last week was able to get the water heater up and running at no charge. Unfortunately, today the water heater quit working again. I immediately called Elkhorn plumbing and heating and they were able to schedule me for a same-day in the morning appointment. The Technician, Justin Griego, arrived within an hour of me calling Elkhorn, plumbing and heating. Justin was Great. He was friendly and professional, and immediately requested information on what the problem was. After troubleshooting the water heater, he was able to locate the problem. He took the corrective actions needed to fix the problem and had the water heater fixed and working within an hour of his arrival. From the beginning of this process, the phone call, to make an appointment, to the final results, the water heater working again, this company has been great. All of the employees that I have worked with have been professional and friendly. I trust this company and would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their heating or plumbing.

The technician, Travis, was very friendly, professional and informative. He explained what he was going to do and did it in very understandable terms. He was polite and did not push anything I did not need.

Will was very knowledgeable and he explained what he was doing. I would definitely call them again.

We’re part of Elkhorn’s monthly membership program but our recent annual heating maintenance felt rushed, with a few things overlooked. After raising our concerns, Elkhorn sent field supervisor Zack out and what a difference it made! Zack was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to address every concern, answer our questions and shared helpful maintenance tips. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care were much appreciated. We were honestly on the verge of jumping ship but Zack’s exceptional service restored our confidence in Elkhorn. A huge thank you to Zack for going above and beyond and making things right.
