I know this is long…But, it holds so much information…It’s a MUST READ!! If you can’t read it all read the last sentence. Saturday, we found the issue…Called multiple plumbers to help us. I wish I remembered her name. She stood out. She knew what we were talking about and understood our problem. Josh came to our house to inspect our kitchen drain and give us a bid on the job. If I could hand select a plumber it would be Josh. So smart! But yet he explained our problem in a language we could understand. Other plumbers either never called us back. One lied and said he would be coming to our house that day, but did not. Nor did he make it the next day. But by then we had already made our choice in Elkhorn Plumbing! They were honest and said they wouldn’t be able to make it on Monday, but they would be here Tuesday Morning. Josh showed up Tuesday then came Max. These two men worked so hard for hours. Coming up to explain what was going on through out the process. Unfortunately, as they kept digging our problem kept getting bigger and bigger. Sense our problem was under concrete it was hard to say how far they would have to go. They were here longer than planned. Eventually Max had to leave. But Josh said he would stay. Their main office sent out another person to help Josh. This guy was Devin. Now I believe they must be cloning Plumbers. Because Devin was just as hard working as Josh and Max. Whoever handles your HR is skilled also. Finally, we get to a place where they can do the repair. They repaired the pipe, they filled the hole with new concrete, cleaned up the area and we got our kitchen back. Buy this time I’m thinking I will have to sell a kidney in order to pay for all the work that had to do. I mean after all we didn’t have a choice. The hole was dug, they pipes were lying there any other company would have taken advantage. If we didn’t let them finish, we would be doing dishes in the bathroom. This part was unheard of…the final bill wasn’t over blown at all. It was very reasonable. Here is the best part…When looking them up I realize their complete name is Elkhorn HEATING, AIR CONDITIONER, PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC. This will be the only business you will need for everything and anything!! Sandy/Arvada
