Just had Elkhorn out to look at a tankless water heater we’ve been having problems with. This time the water wasn’t getting hot. Elkhorn had done some previous work on the unit. Alec came out adjusted the mixing valve and got some back up and running with hot water! While he was there he noticed the garbage disposal was locked up (I just had someone out there to free it up and they couldn’t), Alec was able to free it up! They did all this under warranty! Thanks Alec and Elkhorn!
