Updated: 09/17/26: We recently had Elkhorn provide annual service maintenance plus address an issue we experienced with our Trane Furnace. 3 technicians in one day came out to our home from Elkhorn. All 3 technicians were exceptional. Each provided great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Elijah Miscles addressed our furnace issue; Deven Minor completed the annual maintenance on our Bradford White Hot Water Heater plus fixed an issue that resulted as a result of the maintenance. And Cade Simpson addressed our slow draining floor drain issue next to our furnace and hot water heater; that was discovered during the hot water heater flush. All were very well skilled in their area of expertise they handle with Elkhorn. And the Elkhorn support staff is great too! e.g. Customer Service agents. Excellent employees/technicians.
Updated: 05/17/26: Updating my review as a result of completing the recommendations made by Andrew Mares, Elkhorn electrician. Andrew completed everything expertly and as expected. He addressed all our questions again and completed a walk through of his work completed before he left. He is definitely a hard-worker and very focused while working. And cleaned up where he was working prior to leaving as well. We are extremely pleased again with his work. As well as with Elkhorn's support staff in arranging the requested work.
