So we called Elkhorn- they sent Josh and Pat over within an hour!! They were very considerate as they explained we needed a new water heater- previous one was 18 years old!! They worked for over 5 hours-explaining each step along the way!! They made sure they kept our home clean and then explained what to expect from the new water heater. Very Professional! Josh and Pat worked effectively together! So thankful to have Josh and Pat take care of our problem so quickly!! Great service! They also helped with the water pressure!

Our AC went out following a big thunderstorm, and I made an appointment for the very next day. Eric found out we have a toddler, and made it to our house hours prior to our originally scheduled appointment. He was thoughtful, professional, and answered every question. Because we agreed to purchase a new unit, furnace, and water heater, all of his labor repairing our old unit (including parts) was free. He also worked to get us a great deal on our new equipment. Eric was an absolute joy to work with, and sets the standard for repair service. I will be giving Elkhorn repeat business because of him.

Jay was awesome. Gave our system a thorough looking-over and came back with a detailed report, making recommendations on needed preventive maintenance items as well as possible upgrades to consider. Not at all a sales pitch. Just good insights and info.

Justin performed the annual electrical inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me some insights on testing my fire detectors which I appreciated and will follow his recommendations. Over all it was a pleasure doing business with Justin. Will did a fantastic job for the emergency call out. I highly recommend him!.
