We had an electrical issue that was tripping the circuit breaker intermittently. The serviceman Jack was very informative & did various tests & determined the problem & how to correct. Very satisfied with his service!

Was sincere in recognizing it wasn’t a great night for me, to have no heat and be in need of an unexpected repair. Very knowledgeable, explained everything he was checking and doing and thankfully my repair wasn’t as big as we both originally thought. Highly recommend Elkhorn and Bryan was great!

Zack has taken care of our furnace/ac unit before. His work is done efficiently and perfectly. He explains everything he will be doing, answers questions and offers any help that we may need. I have to say that this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with; their technicians are all well trained, personable and to be trusted.

Eric was excellent…..listened to our concerns, fixed our problem, and was informative when we asked questions. We would highly recommend Eric! We appreciated Eric’s positive attitude and professionalism.

We use Elkhorn for all of our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. We recently needed some electrical upgrades. Andrew came and gave us extremely helpful information on the first estimate visit, which helped us to proceed in purchasing and choosing the correct fixtures. Andrew is very professional and did a great job. We look forward to working with him on our next "to do" list.

I got quick same-day response for my plumbing need. Justin was professional, polite and focused. He had to make some design changes to the overall setup in order to ensure good usability for the solution, and he gave careful thought to the entire process. I was very pleased with his work and the result.

We love Elkhorn and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. We have been using them for eight or so years for a variety of projects: upgrading electrical panels for a hot tub and car charger, new AC/Furnace/Steam Humidifier ~4 years ago, etc. They are always easy to schedule, arrive within a 2 hour window, super friendly, great about following up. Our experience with Elkhorn has been fantastic. Will was our diagnosis technician, Daniel was our comfort advisor, and Cody & Brendan were our furnace installers. All 4 of them were friendly, on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable choosing Elkhorn for our furnace replacement. Elkhorn heating and air conditioning has been a wonderful experience for me. They replaced my furnace and water heater 6 years ago. Every technician they have sent for my yearly maintenance has been awesome. I feel very lucky to have found such a qualified, professional,, knowledgeable and trustworthy company. We had a great experience with Elkhorn. Service technician Alex B was very knowledgeable, professional, and a good communicator. We absolutely would use them again!

Alec was very professional. Our refrigerator water dispenser had very bad pressure. Alec said the line needed to be replaced due to the way it was installed by the builder. Since the line was hidden in the basement ceiling he had to find out where it was located. He was very careful in locating it with minimal cutting. He made sure I was informed on what he was going to do. He continually asked if I had any questions. He also noticed our water heater was getting up in age and would we be interested in a quote on a new one and worked up a bid.

Blake did an excellent job attaching and hanging my light in the kitchen. He had to do some trouble shooting and even repaired the light fixture itself.

Bryan was prompt, courteous and worked in a timely fashion. He explained everything upon completion. Would recommend Bryan and Elkhorn Heating and Air for your HVAC needs

A major Denver heating and cooling company told us that our 8-year-old Trane home furnace needed to be replaced due to rust. This big company showed us photos and we accepted what they said.

We called Elkhorn as one of several companies to get a bid, fully expecting to buy a furnace. Justin came out from Elkhorn and questioned whether we actually needed a new furnace. He consulted Jesse at the office who also thought we probably didn’t need a furnace at all.

They immediately sent out Eric, a technician with 19 years of experience. He did a thorough inspection, ran a number of tests, and told us that our furnace should be good for years. Eric explained everything he was doing, told us what to watch for, and then wouldn’t take any money.

We are grateful that Elkhorn and its personnel have shown themselves to be so ethical. We will be using Elkhorn going forward.
