Kevin at Elkhorn was great! We just moved to a new house and had an annual maintenance contract on our old house. We wanted to use our HVAC/furnace maintenance visit to make sure everything was working correctly as it should. Kevin was right on time and did a comprehensive review of everything, including cleaning the heating coils that were dirty.

My secondary furnace stopped working and I didn't yet have a go-to HVAC company since moving to Highlands Ranch. I saw that Elkhorn had great reviews and was happy to see I could book online for that very day. Alex and Tim came by and very quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. Now I know who to call for all my heating and air conditioning needs!

Bryan did a great job totally reprogramming our Link T stat. He took pictures of the problems that occurred for future reference if problems arise again as warranty documentation. Explained everything to me and got my phone restablished for remote access before he left. Very pleased with his visit. No cost for this warranty issue today.

Elkhorn has been our go to company for a variety of services. They have been wonderful to work with. Always professional, courteous and punctual. Will and Jay have been extremely helpful regarding our split units. This company services our home in Denver as well as our home in Evergreen. Can’t recommend them enough!

Furnace stopped working Tuesday evening. Call Elkhorn on Wednesday morning. Bryan and Jay arrived at the house at 2 pm. Issue diagnosed quickly and repaired. Explained everything thoroughly. This is the 4th or 5 time I have used Elkhorn over the past 18 months. I will never call anyone else. Five stars across the board every time.

We recently moved to a new house after having Elkhorn service us for two years at our previous location. One of the first things we did was contact Elkhorn to come out and check out our new systems. Bryan Lefever and Jay showed up promptly this morning to make sure we were getting the maximum benefit from our heating and cooling system. Like our old house, we have signed up for a new service agreement knowing Elkhorn has been prompt and professional every time we have dealt with them. We were referred to their service by our daughter. In turn, we have referred them to some of our neighbors. A great organization.

Elkhorn installed a new AC and fixed a gas leak in my furnace (20 months old and installed by a different company). Prices included a new heat return, new thermostat, carbon monoxide detector, and a new outdoor electrical outlet. Now everything is up to code. Cody and Chris were very polite, professional, efficient, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain everything to me. Elkhorn's prices were quite fair and the most reasonable of 3 estimates. I was impressed with how thorough they were! My first experience with them and I would call them aga8n!

Justin came to give us a quote on both a tankless and tank water heater replacement. He and his partner asked us relevant questions, were very professional, and answered all of our questions. They spent extra time talking to us about the requirements needed. The quote that Elkhorn gave us was very reasonable.

Had exceptional service from the entire Elkhorn team! Our AC unit was more than 20 years old and came with the original home. Justin was the consummate professional honoring an old quote that likely would have been a few thousand dollars more than what I paid today and he was able to get his team into my home the very next day.

Eric D and his crew went above and beyond the call during the AC installation. With how old my system was and the way things need to be reconstructed, Eric was here all day until the very end to ensure the job was done well. Even after a long day he was still extremely professional, courteous and provided tips to keep my new AC unit running longer.

This was my first encounter with Elkhorn as I stumbled across their name on a Reddit page and was very lucky I came across this company. Jay Mitchell did a great job getting my furnace up and running again. He replaced the variable speed control board. He explained the work needed to be done and why. He was very friendly and also made some recommendations. Thank you, Jay.

The service techs are great very professional and friendly. They were on time, cleanly. They looked at our Rinnai and cautioned us about potential problems. In the spring i will schedule Elkhorn for a replacement. For a couple years we have been under their maintenance program and am so very happy I joined. I will recommend Elkhorn to family and friends ... we are very happy with Elkhorn and their technicians.
