Called at 2:30 pm and by 4pm Eli was already at my house diagnosing the problem. Extremely friendly, good price.

UPDATE (1 year later): Our furnace and AC were original in our house. We started to experience problems with airflow. Kevin came out TWO days in a row to diagnose the problems. It came to replacement. Jon came and gave us quotes and answered all of our questions. The customer service is unbelievable. No other place will get my business while they’re around.

I really appreciated that Elkhorn was able to make the time to come out the same day to look at the breaker that serviced our freezer, router, coffee maker & tea kettle. We can move the coffee maker & tea kettle, but the freezer & were more worrisome. Our technician was inspected the affected outlets & breaker box, informed us why it likely flipped & didn't oversell us on anything.

Finally, a plumber I trust. Alec from Elkhorn is amazing. Effectively communicated in advance to ensure he had all the materials and to let me know when he would arrive. After his prompt arrival he explained what he was going to do, jumped in and it was clear within minutes that he knew exactly was he was doing.
In a very short amount of time, he was done, explained how everything worked, offered suggestions to ensure the equipment lasted as long as possible, cleaned up and left behind a very satisfied customer.

Thanks guys for getting here quickly and fixing our issue. Eric was great.

We had a great experience working with Elkhorn plumbing as we prepared our house for a sale. The buyer's inspection found two issues that Elkhorn easily managed: a puncture in a bathroom drain (behind the wall - screws that were put through the dry wall and hit the drain), and a blocked drain between a basement bar and the main sewer line.
In particular, we really appreciate Alec Mott's dedicated effort to resolving the blockage in the basement drain, which took a few attempts and almost an hour to resolve. Other technicians could have easily given up after the first few attempts, but his experience and understanding of the situation led to a great outcome.
I should also mention that the price was reasonable.

Came out same day I called. Did a diagnostic, had the partson his truck, my AC was back up and running 15 minutes after the tech arrived! Great experience overalll.

My 17 year old air conditioning condenser was making loud noises, and I thought it might be time to replace it. I contacted Elkhorn to get an estimate for replacement, but service techs Kevin and Chris came to my house to check out the problem. They determined that loose screws in the housing were causing the vibrations and noise. They corrected the problem by tightening these screws, checked for any other possible problems. and didn't even charge for their visit. I was very impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and courtesy, and not only will I use Elkhorn for any future needs, but I will also recommend them to others without hesitation. Thank you Kevin and Chris.

Blake from Elkhorn came to install a ceiling light, as well as checked out the electrical panel and connections. Some connections made by the builder’s electrical contractor were loose, which might have been why there was some intermittent blinking in some ceiling lights. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Blake. He was professional, yet personable.

We started out looking to have the ducting repaired in our house, then learned that this had far from a guaranteed outcome. We wound up installing a cold-climate mini-split heat pump in our master bedroom, for an all-in cost that's probably the same or less than we would have spent on duct repairs.

Very professional, friendly team. We really enjoyed working with them. They answered all of our questions and gave us guidance for future projects we're considering. They also took care of the warranty registration and all of the rebate paperwork for us.

We will be definitely be looking to Elkhorn as we continue the long process of retiring our old central AC!
