I had Elkhorn HVAC team member Will service our air conditioner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did great work, showed me some effected areas and did the work agreed on very accurately. Fantastic experience. I recommend then for fair priced professional service.

Elkhorn responded to my problem in significantly less than a day. Josh was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to correct both the problem he was scheduled for and to fix a new problem that had cropped up overnight in the same appointment. What a relief! Thanks Josh and Elkhorn. I will definitely be in touch the next time I need HVAC or plumbing work k done.

He kept us updated on his arrival time, explained what was happening every step of the way, and took the time to answer all of our questions in terms we could actually understand. We felt taken care of from start to finish. + We ended up signing up for Elk Horn's Whole House Comfort Membership Program (the 15% discount certainly didn't hurt, but the decision was an easy one after the experience we had). Best experience possible in a tenuous situation. Having an egress installed only to find a water line interfering with the installation. Junior arrived right on schedule as promised. His professionalism is unmatched— he evaluated the situation providing a thorough explanation of what needed be done. Junior knows his work—friendly and courteous he rerouted the line with precision and workmanship normally found in a very seasoned technician. I’m sure anyone reading this gets how pleased I am with the job. Junior is my go to guy for any and all future plumbing related issues. Kudos to Elkhorn—they installed my AC unit several years ago. They don’t disappoint!
