This might be the best service I've gotten from any company, of any kind, ever. I had them replace a furnace for me last year and they've consistently offered free maintenance inspections with incredibly friendly people who seem knowledgeable and professional. They replaced a small part for free last spring. They left me free filters for my furnace this time, because I was using the wrong size. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Kevin from Elkhorn came yesterday to do a checkup and maintenance on my home air conditioner before hot weather sets in. He did an efficient service, answered all my questions and was extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. I would heartily recommend him as an excellent AC technician. He mentioned to me in passing that his father had taught him that honesty was always the best policy, and I really appreciate that quality in a human being.

I needed a full dual furnace and AC replacement with a difficult AC placement in a pit alongside the house. The team at Elkhorn did an incredible job including muscling a difficult AC placement. I couldn’t be happier with the installation.

Unfortunately my hot water heater died I was referred to Elkhorn Heating air conditioning and Plumbing by my sister-in-law I'm very pleased with the service their prices after a few other beds very reasonable. Quentin did a great job, in a timely, clean and professional manner. I would highly recommend their service for all your needs

First of all, Jake was at my house at 8 a.m. He is a very polite and courteous young man. Very professional. Knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. Will be calling them again.

My bi-annual checkup with Caiden was very easy and professional. He has come out a few times for other issues and is always very thorough and personable.

Erik is highly professional, personable, and makes sure that HVAC work is done correctly. He clearly takes pride in making sure that he does an excellent job. He goes above and beyond in making sure that things are safe and up to code. I highly recommend him and Elkhorn.

OMG we have HOT WATER!!! Thank you Quentin for doing such an EXCELLENT JOB of hauling the old heater out of such a tight fitting area and putting the new one in, AND the price was so affordable (about 400-500 less than the competitors). We will ALWAYS recommend Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning for taking good care of us on such short notice. P.S. @Quentin.....get those business cards like I told you to do, they owe you that much! Lol.

We love Elkhorn's Comfort Club Program. It makes the routine maintenance on our HVAC system so easy to keep up with. Cambria is always great about working with us to schedule our appointments and Jacob does a great job our HVAC system! Everyone at Elkhorn is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had a faulty GFI breaker outside that kept tripping. Eric came out and diagnosed the issued quickly and replaced the breaker under warranty! He was very informative and quickly finished the job!

Elkhorn’s prices were a lot less than other quotes I received and there were lots of options to choose from for the units. Jon the estimator recommended a few options that would work best for us and that was super helpful!

The communication from the whole team at Elkhorn was great and that is sometimes hard to find these days.

Update: Had our water heater tank replaced in 2025 by Alec. He was able to evaluate the situation and get us hooked up with a new system the same day we discovered the leak. He was extremely efficient and the work seems great.

I've had Elkhorn out to my home a couple times for routine maintenance for my AC and furnace. I've been lucky to have Kevin out for both trips. He does great work, is very thorough, and explains his work.

As with all of their technicians, Caiden was courteous, professional, and thorough when starting up our evaporative cooler this year. Fantastic service! I was told by two other contractors that our boiler couldn’t be fixed and a new system would cost $30k. Eric was able to fix our boiler in two hours and assured us that they could keep fixing it if it had issues!!

Caiden and Alex were punctual and thorough. Instrumentation looked to be first rate. Very polite and friendly. Left us confident that our system was ready for the season to come.

We recently finished our basement and decided that a battery backup for the sump pump would be a good idea. I talked to Mike who gave some good advice and a fair cost estimate. They scheduled the install quickly. Alec came out, exactly on time. He was respectful of the property (i. e. he wore shoe protection!) and did a very clean install. The pump is an improvement over the one installed when the house was built. He provided the info we needed to maintain the system properly. Finally, the warranty provided, parts and labor, is excellent.

We had to unexpectedly replace our AC AND FURNANCE immediately and called Elkhorn to help us replace them cost effectively. Not only did they send an person the NEXT day to assess our needs, they were able to install the pieces the NEXT DAY and spent a significant amount of time explaining our options and needs. We could not have been happier with the work ERIC and AIDEN did for us in an all day marathon to reinstall an AC and Furnace! They were on time, extremely friendly and respectful of the house as they came in and out to complete the work and patient with our new rescue lab. THANK YOU ELKHORN for another great job in helping us stay warm and cozy during this crazy spring and ready to be cool this summer.
