I had the pleasure of working with Will on my AC unit repairs. Knowing that this unit is at retirement age, Will discussed all possibilities so that I could make an informed decision today. There was no pressure, just facts and guidance on the options. I’m happy to repot that my repairs are in place without a sweat.

Amazing service. 90+ degree day after hours an AC quit working Zack arrived in 15min and diagnosed the situation and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. He evaluated the over health of our unit and is coming back in fall to do the same with the furnace. Could not be more pleased with the results and education Elkhorn provided. Will use them in the future for other things like plumbing and electrical for sure.

I was totally pleased with the technician. Quinton, who arrived on time and determined the cause of the water heater not producing hot water. He provide explanations to the potential causes and cleaned up after completing the work.

Eric and Chris helped us out with first time AC in our house, and they were amazing! Clean, timely, friendly and our dog loved them! They got the job done quick and thoroughly so we can finally have a cool house! 10/10 would recommend these two and Elkhorn as a company!

Called for an electrician to fix a problem a handyman created. Andrew fixed it to better than new and was great about everything - very quick, very kind and clean.

We just had our first cleaning and service call on our one-year-old Daiken Heat Pump system from Elkhorn. It was excellent service as always. Christopher took great care of our units and took great care of our home - from shoe covers, to the careful care of moving ladders up and down our stairwell, to cleaning up after himself when he was finished. Once again, we highly recommend Elkhorn. We have no complaints at all.

Such a great experience! Kevin was fantastic and really saved the day when our ac went out. He was very accommodating and ended up saving us from a costly replacement.

Elkhorn was able to come out next day and Brian did a great job, he was thorough, efficient and transparent with the work and pricing.

Finally, a plumber I trust. Alec from Elkhorn is amazing. Effectively communicated in advance to ensure he had all the materials and to let me know when he would arrive. After his prompt arrival he explained what he was going to do, jumped in and it was clear within minutes that he knew exactly was he was doing.
In a very short amount of time, he was done, explained how everything worked, offered suggestions to ensure the equipment lasted as long as possible, cleaned up and left behind a very satisfied customer.

We just replaced our air conditioner and heater with them. The heat of the summer is not the ideal time to lose your AC. They were quick responsive in getting the original quote. They’re competitive in pricing. And the service we received from Mark was unbelievable. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with a new system. He stayed and finished the installation even though it meant staying late on a Friday night. He is rare professional! We highly recommend Elkhart and Mark in specific.

I’ve used Elkhorn now twice with HVAC issues on an older system that will likely need to be replaced soon. Elkhorn has continued to build my confidence and trust as a company that does well by their customers. Fair, transparent, and knowledgeable. A repair to keep the system going while I plan for the larger expense. Caiden, Jon, and team have all been excellent from scheduling, diagnostics, and repair. True 5 star company - thank you!
