The service techs are great very professional and friendly. They were on time, cleanly. They looked at our Rinnai and cautioned us about potential problems. In the spring i will schedule Elkhorn for a replacement. For a couple years we have been under their maintenance program and am so very happy I joined. I will recommend Elkhorn to family and friends ... we are very happy with Elkhorn and their technicians.

Andrew did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing an issue with our breaker. As always, the Elkhorn tech was honest, reliable, and I never feel like I’m getting sold a bill of goods.

I had a great appointment with Justin. Justin was 100% transparent with me and did not try to upsell me on anything. He was very honest about whether the fixes he was talking about are necessary or nice to have. This is now my third time using Elkhorn and they are my go to for anything plumbing and heating related.

Kevin arrived on time and quickly completed the annual furnace maintenance work. He fixed a small gas leak I wasn’t even aware of. He explained the annual maintenance plan in terms I could understand. I also asked for quote on whole furnace humidifier and he provided multiple quotes options

Jack did a great job inspecting my electrical in the house. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. He looked at and tested everything and was very helpful in his suggestions. I heartily recommend Jack Hamilton and Elkhorn.

Alex and Jay were the techs. My furnace company had problems with distrobution on the part needed. Alex went above and beyond over the 1month lead time and Jay made sure everything was spic and span. This is the reason why i have been with elkhorn for 5yrs.

I really appreciated Elkhorn fitting me in for a last minute faucet issue at a time that worked for my schedule. Ryan was great, fixed the issue quickly and explained everything well. We will definitely use them again!

Justin was my technician who came out to my place to take a look at my all my pipes. He first checked my water heater, and then checked my kitchen sink, my two bathroom sinks, my tub and shower. Very professional in answering any questions I had.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed this week. The men who installed these were respectful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions, cleaned up after themselves, and the installation was completed much faster than we expected.

We also had Bryan Lefever and Jay return on couple of days later to make some adjustments. They were prompt, answered all of our questions and made the adjustments needed.

We have been very pleased with the service and the quality of the products from Elkhorn.

We use Elkhorn for all of our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. We recently needed some electrical upgrades. Andrew came and gave us extremely helpful information on the first estimate visit, which helped us to proceed in purchasing and choosing the correct fixtures. Always able to get a tech out from Elkhorn for any issues I have with HVAC or plumbing. Issues were quickly addressed and mitigated.

We came home to no heat, hot water , other areas of house off. We have some complicated systems. We called Elkhorn Plumbing and Heating. They responded in minutes. As we explained things they consulted within departments and called back offering us an immediate electrician or we could wait til daylight. We chose that as we thought a workman would do better in the daylight and we had our wood stove and electric heater.
Andrew is a very qualified and of course licensed electrician but also very intuitive. He has some construction background and it helps him in figuring out things. We also liked him very much as a person.
The price was reasonable. Andrew said that he liked the fact that they charge by the hour and don’t try to upsell. However we did bring up and ask about future quote for a new hot tub circuit. Not necessary now but might change in the future.
Again we were very pleased with Elkhorn Plumbing and Heating’s quick and knowledgeable and caring communication about our emergency. Andrew was the perfect person to send for our situation.

My experiences with Elkhorn was outstanding, again- their scheduling,
confirming, flexibility on rescheduling.

Our 24 year old furnace stopped working properly in the middle of winter. Alex at Elkhorn was able to come out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue. He was detail-oriented, patient, and professional while explaining things to us and figuring out what we needed to do next.

Then Jon came over first thing in the morning to present us our options for a solution. He was both knowledgeable and personable and explained everything really well to us. We elected to buy a new one rather than repair the old one that had multiple major issues and hadn’t been cared for particularly well over the years. Their pricing was competitive and they came highly recommended so it was an easy choice to go with them.

Cody, JP, Jared, Alton & Miguel were there the very next morning to do the install. All very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Cody walked me through the gameplan, answered all my questions, and scoped everything out. Great guy and could tell he was experienced. They did an awesome job and completed the work quickly and neatly, leaving the space more clean than when they arrived. Now we have heat again and are cozy and happy! Will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan came to our home for a plumbing inspection. He did an amazing job. He gave us some suggestions, didn't try to upsell us on anything and gave us an estimate for a future plumbing project we want to have done. I would definitely recommend Elkhorn plumbing , heating and air for your home needs.

Our switch to the kitchen lights went out and Blake with Elkhorn Electric had to do some troubleshooting to find the short. Our old halogen lights were generating too much heat and one of the can lights developed a short. Blake fixed the problem fairly quickly. He did a great job and was very helpful!

Elkhorn also installed our furnace and air conditioner years ago. I highly recommend Elkhorn Heating and Electric!

I found Elkhorn five years ago and started working with them for furnace/AC maintenance. When my ancient HVAC gave up three years ago, I got quotes from several places but went with Elkhorn because theirs was reasonable and much more thorough. Since then I've used them consistently for maintenance. They've always been super reliable, friendly and they really do go above and beyond in customer service (I've been on this planet a long time so I've seen it all). Fast forward to a few weeks ago and the appearance of Will Miller on my doorstep who took 'above and beyond' to a new level. Not to mention Jay the Plumber who was also great. So much so that I finally took to Google to write this review. So thank you Will, Jay and Elkhorn!

Winter is horrible when your furnace goes down. Jay & Will came out & quickly found 5he problem. They were quick, professional & very personable. Hope to be working with them again if there is another issue that needs to be addressed.

My heater stopped working (22 years old) and I called to get it checked out. In about 2 hours Will Miller and his coworker showed up and determined what the problem was. They were very professional and helpful. We decided to replace the unit and they called an estimator out. About an hour later, Jon Dollar arrived and we discussed the options and I decided to replace the heater, get AC and replace the water heater since it was also 22 years old. The next day, the crew showed up, I forgot their names, but they were great! Had everything removed and the new units installed by 2pm or so. Great guys! Highly recommend Elkhorn!

Chris was prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. He even did the same servoce for our ADU for no additional cost.

Andrew M fixed several non-working outlets, added smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and added additional outlets to stop fuse blowing. Very helpful in many ways.
