Eric was very communicative before arriving. He was quick to determine and fix the issue. He also had some good recommendations for future improvements.

Eric did a superb job servicing our HVAC today. Not only did he have a great understanding of the problem, but he was also able to fully explain the repair process. His depth of knowledge was beyond what we’ve seen from others in the industry. We’ll be repeat customers in the future.

Jack was absolutely fantastic. He was communicative, went above and beyond and provided a great service. He installed multiple products for me and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend using him for any job your household requires. Would definitely hire again!

8/6/25 Update: Eric and Cody and crew came out today and did a whole system replacement. Everyone was on time, work was excellent, and managed to cancel the second day of scheduled work because everything was complete. Another great experience 5 stars again.

Always a pleasure working with Elkhorn! The whole process from quoting my EV charger install to booking my appointment was quick and painless. Alton and Miguel are skilled electricians, friendly, professional and great to work with. Aside from making sure everything is done according to spec, they also provided options for the best way to incorporate our new electrical run into the exterior aesthetics of the house and were really thoughtful about the placement of things. Highly recommend!

I had a hot water leak in a hard to get to spot. Ryan from Elkhorn came by and took care of it for me quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend him and this company.

Noticed burn marks on an outlet cover. Called Elkhorn. Came out same day. Jack was awesome. Diagnosed improper installation of the outlet by previous owners that was causing a definite fire hazard. Also discovered same in a nearby outlet and same on an outside outlet, all on the same circuit. Super nice, informative, even checked connections in the main electric box and found numerous loose connections. This is the second time we have used Elkhorn. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Jack knew exactly what we needed; lightening took out some of our connections. He diagnosed it quickly, replaced the necessary parts and fixed it. Jack has helped us several times, both at home and in a property we sold. He is excellent, efficient and personable. Thank you Jack!

Justin with Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning came to our house today to give an estimate on installing a gasline for a new appliance. This young man was knowledgeable, thorough, and most pleasant. The bid came through quickly, and the price is reasonable. Glad we called Elkhorn.

He professionally, efficiently, and quickly addressed electrical disconnection, revised electrical connections, code required upgrades to electrical panel, service connections to new equipment and outlets. He effectively communicated with me at each step of the process and did top quality work. Elkhorn did a wonderful job! I was finally ready to add air conditioning to my older home. However, that also meant I needed to upgrade my old electrical panel. From the very beginning Daniel and Mike assessed my needs to provide me the various system options. They educated me on the process and answered all of my questions. Blake and Miguel took care of my electrical needs and Eric and Matt took care of my HVAC install. They were all very professional and kept me informed throughout the install. I am very happy with my new system and the service I received from Elkhorn. Thank you all! I will continue to use Elkhorn for my maintenance and service needs.

I recently called Elkhorn about a leak issue I had with the drain on my furnace, it was outside of their hours but Bryan called and was willing to come out and check it out for me, he came first thing in the morning and was very thorough checking out the whole system and found the problem quickly. He gave me a few options and then fixed the problem quickly. I have always been very happy with the quality of work that Elkhorn provides and the professionalism of their Technicians. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Alec came over after hours to assess our leaking water heater. He was very transparent, honest, intelligent and reliable. He was able to stabilize us until Elkhorn was able to fit us in quickly to replace it. Alec did a thorough, fantastic job replacing it and we are very satisfied with the workmanship. Called Elkhorn for second opinion on my A/C not working. ERIC was on time, hard working and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything and told me I did not need a new system, just a new part. He had A/C fixed in no time and saved me from a huge financial mistake. I would not hesitate to recommended Elkhorn or Eric. They are the best!
