Christopher was a very professional and courteous in handling the furnace tuneup. He even made a quick hardware store trip to grab some fireplace caulk for a partial hole in the exhaust pipe. Have had good experience with ElkhIRA.

Caiden was amazing. He successfully fixed my ailing mini split and I wasn’t even home. I completely trusted Caiden-You’ll see when you meet him, he epitomizes trustworthiness.
Elk horn in general is a very professional wonderful operation. I worked with them to have my panel box upgraded, and a mini split installed. They did it in one day -eight technicians. I was extremely pleased. All of them were so cordial and professional. Thank you Caiden !!

Will Miller of your staff arrived to perform a routine semiannual maintenance/service. He was curteous, efficient, and matter-of-fact. He has a good personality, and he is contientious. I have had personnel from your staff arrive to either install, or follow-up; each one of these individuals were very professional. They, each one, represent excellent workers that show a good face to the public.

Service person arrived on time to checkout water heater and drain and flush. He also flushed out kitchen sink drain. Justin did an excellent job.

Justin came to check a gas leak smell coming from my tankless water heater. He was very thorough checking every possibility and did maintenance on the system while he was here. I would highly recommend Elkhorn and Justin. Service was great!

Recently I had my A/C Compressor replaced and as previously was my experience with services provided by Elkhorn I am very satisfied with the Technicians they had send to my house, Elan, Brien and Ben. Tank you for again having a job done well. I can't forget and mention Kimberly who answers the phone in the Office looking up my record and having the right answer and of being so friendly.
In the past I have recommended them to several of my neighbors as well to my son who lives in Highlands Ranch all of them having their new Furnaces and A/C Compressors installed by ELKHORN Heating&Air Conditioning.

Christopher was excellent. He arrived on time, explained what he needed to do, went about his job, and completed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for any heating/cooling work.

Finally, a plumber I trust. Alec from Elkhorn is amazing. Effectively communicated in advance to ensure he had all the materials and to let me know when he would arrive. After his prompt arrival he explained what he was going to do, jumped in and it was clear within minutes that he knew exactly was he was doing.
In a very short amount of time, he was done, explained how everything worked, offered suggestions to ensure the equipment lasted as long as possible, cleaned up and left behind a very satisfied customer.

Andrew arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and provided a reasonable estimate. As he worked he explained what he was doing and why.

Showed up with a whole team and got the furnace/ac install done in a short day. The knowledgeable installers talked me out of putting the outside part of the AC unit where I first had it planned, and they were right, the side of the house worked much better. Manuel their new electrician did a beautiful job of routing the electrical around the oustide wall. End of day they tuned the flow rates just right, reducing some of the fan noise after careful measurments of in/out temperatures on heating and cooling. They even took the old evaporative cooler off of the side of the house for me and hauled it away.

Great job from our tech. Mike came to check out our furnace and make sure we were ready for cold weather season. Very thorough , personable and even checked out the humidifier to make sure that was ready to go as well. The services and the people we have had come into our home from Elkorn have been great.

We had an issue with our HVAC unit so called Elkhorn. This was the first time we’d done service with them and every step of the way they were prompt, professional & clear. Eric was our technician and he did an excellent job! He got right in and addressed the issue, plus he had the part we needed on hand, so he was able to resolve our main concern in one night. Eric taught us a few things about our HVAC unit and gave us proper quotes in case we decide to upgrade in the future (our unit is old, so the time is coming). We appreciated that Eric did not pressure us, but rather provided us with info so we can plan our next steps. We will be using Elkhorn, Eric & his team for our homes future needs!

He wore his shoe coverings. He was thorough and explained how he was tuning up my furnace and AC. He reminded me that maintenance should be done every 2 years and tuneups every year. Requested Elkhorn provide a second opinion on the condition of our HVAC system. Eric performed a detailed inspection and provided a balanced assessment taking into account his findings and the age of the system. He took the time to provide a detailed and understandable explanation of the system operation and how failure modes would impact performance while maintaining household safety.

Zakee arrived right on time at the start of the proposed time window, was super polite and respectful, and tuned up both hearing and AC and efficiently and with confidence. Always appreciate working with Elkhorn!

Eric came to our new home from Elkhorn a few weeks ago to service our furnace and AC. As new homeowners we weren’t really sure how our systems operated - he really went above and beyond to show us how everything works, what condition it’s in, and gave us some great advice all while doing the service. We really had a great experience with Eric! Also you get a great deal for the membership program and I would recommend joining.

This began on Sep. 11 when Service Technician Alex Bryson found a problem with our furnace during a routine pre-winter inspection. Kudos to Alex for identifying the problem and taking the time to pin it down. We got an estimate from Elkhorn and scheduled a repair to correct the Problem. Today Will Miller performed the repair along with Cody and Jared. More kudos to Will, Cody, and Jared for fixing it quickly. It's nice to know we can rely on the safe operation of the furnace this coming winter. Five stars to everybody involved!

Very polite and explained everything he was going check. He wore his required booties while in the house. He quickly identified the problem of an unplugged connection then checked the system over and replaced the humidifier filter. Now i am ready for winter! Thanks Zach

We were scheduled for a visit from Elkhorn for a yearly furnace evaluation. Alex was our technician, and he was superb, explaining what he did, and reviewing what may be necessary in the future, but reassuring us that these things did not have to be done immediately. We're very pleased with Elkhorn in general. In addition ALL of their technicians have been excellent and treated us as people not just customers.

Ryan was very thorough in his plumbing inspection and provided great service.

Alex did an amazing job. He even worked late into the night to correct a dangerous issue so my tenants did not have to go without heat and hot water the next morning. Thank you for being professional and friendly and always handling my calls quickly!
