We recently moved into a home in Highlands Ranch and had Jacob from Elkhorn Heating & Air inspect our aging HVAC system (over 20 years old and not well maintained). He was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful in walking us through our repair vs. replacement options. Most importantly, he was detailed and informative without ever pressuring us in any direction. We really appreciated his honesty and expertise—highly recommend!

I was totally pleased with the technician. Quinton, who arrived on time and determined the cause of the water heater not producing hot water. He provide explanations to the potential causes and cleaned up after completing the work.

For the first time in 5 years I am comfortable in my house when it is over 80 degrees outside. Cody, Mike and Jack installed mini ductless air conditioning in two rooms of my house and it is wonderful! They worked all day, outside, inside and under my house installing the condenser and the 2 units. They were so considerate, polite, and professional. They did it all in one long, hot day! Everything was cleaned up and I got a great training on how to use and care for my new favorite thing. I'm older and can't take the heat, it got up to 85 in my house last summer. I think these guys added at least 10 years to my life and I am very grateful!

Mike from Elkhorn replace a defective water valve for our refrigerator and connected the water supply. The work was very well done and the price was reasonable. We will use Elkhorn for all our plunbing needs. Mike Wadle

We have a swamp cooler that needed setup for the summer. Elkhorn's technician Zakee came out and had it up and running fast! (So glad, it’s getting HOT). He was courteous, professional, and got us on our way to a comfortable temperature quickly and easily. Our air conditioning wasn't blowing cold air. We called Elkhorn Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical on a Friday afternoon and Eric was here on Monday. Eric diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it in no time. He even took the time to check the freon and cleaned out the outside unit. Great customer service from the moment we called. Eric was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Highly recommend Eric and Elkhorn!

I had an annual tune up done for my HVAC system. Zakee is wonderfully polite. He is happy to discuss questions and concerns. He offers helpful suggestions and is all around a nice guy!

Jacob came and assessed our AC. We were told it was a TXV valve and we were looking at a pricey replacement from another company. He not only quoted us less, but did his own inspection and found it was something much more simple of a fix. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Jacob came over for a routine maintenance call yesterday. I had never met him, but he was very professional by arriving within the service window expected. Immediately before entering the home he identified himself by giving me his business card, wore shoe covers, and proceeded to ensure that he knew the entire reason for the service call. Throughout the visit he was thorough, polite, respectful, and although he was here for a routine service call on my A/C, he also handled a couple of issues with my dryer hose, as well as my water heater at no additional charge, and answered several questions I had. I have used Elkhorn for a few years now, and I'm always pleased with the level of service they provide, and this time was no different. I will definitely use them and Jacob again.

Recently I had my A/C Compressor replaced and as previously was my experience with services provided by Elkhorn I am very satisfied with the Technicians they had send to my house, Elan, Brien and Ben. Tank you for again having a job done well. I can't forget and mention Kimberly who answers the phone in the Office looking up my record and having the right answer and of being so friendly.
In the past I have recommended them to several of my neighbors as well to my son who lives in Highlands Ranch all of them having their new Furnaces and A/C Compressors installed by ELKHORN Heating&Air Conditioning.

The Elkhorn team installed a complete new ac and furnace 3 days after contract signing. They worked efficiently and quickly and basically done in a day. Eric worked late into the evening and then finished up minor tweaking and system checkout the next morning. We are very pleased!
