This was a routine A/C system maintenance call to prepare for the summer air conditioning season. Elkhorn technician Zakee arrived right on time and proceeded to get to work. He cleaned the compressor and condensing coils of debris, checked electrical connections, and topped off refrigerant which was a tad low. Next he checked the internal furnace and A/C unit for proper operation and installed a new filter. Zakee was efficient, and explained what he was doing and why during the service call. He did an outstanding job which is why he and Elkhorn get a five star review. Will definitely use again.

Jay M. came by today to service the AC/Furnace and as usual, great service. I joked with my wife that Elkhorn seems to only hire the most likable people in the world. It doesn't matter who has come out, they are always super friendly and know what they're talking about. Willing to explain whatever you have questions about and address any concerns you might have.

Eric with Elkhorn is great! He has been our technician for a couple years now and we really appreciate how experienced he is with air handler units like we have. We had a lot of issues with our ac leaking in the past, and he has been able to find the problem and fix it and keep it running smoothly over the years. Highly recommend him!

Will was very knowledgeable and offered a few different levels of service. We opted for the "Better" service. We have two Fujitsu split units and both needed service.

We have been using Elkhorn for the past five years and have always enjoyed our experience. Most recently I had a maintenance and repair on our AC system and Kevin did a very thorough and amazing job cleaning and explaining what was going on with the system. We also decided to install a full home humidifier the installation team including Mark and Eric were amazing. They were so kind and explained everything they were doing and educated us on the system how to maintain it and how to get the best use of the system. We are so thankful to have a company like Elkhorn you can count on when needing HVAC services.

Second review, had to have 4 new ceiling fans installed including one where there was no light outlet. Justin & Jake were great to work with, pleasant to talk to & they worked hard. I'll be asking for them in future for any other electrical needs.

Elkhorn does a great job for anything we need for our HVAC. Jay Mitchell came out to tune up our AC and ended up helping me solve an unrelated problem that has been bothering us for a year. Highly recommend using them!

Will attended to HVAC maintenance that was way overdue. He did a careful and complete job, and uncovered a possible problem that eventually would cause a failure which would have been invisible.

Jay from Elkhorn came out today to make a regular inspection of our AC system. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection.

He pointed out a couple of issues with the 19 year old system that may ultimately need to be addressed. But, as of now, the system is functioning adequately.

I enjoyed talking with him and appreciate his straightforward assessment and communication style.

Elkhorn HVAC is the best! Elkhorn isn’t the cheapest, but it is always responsive and efficient, even in emergencies. Eli always explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what he recommends! And always with respect—he never treats us with condescension or impatience. (I almost hate to use his name, since I don’t want him to become so popular that he won’t have time for us, but he deserves every accolade I can give.) Try Elkhorn and investigate its service plan (2 HVAC visits per year, plus discounts when other work is needed). We consider it money well spent.

Let there be LIGHT! In our basement that is. Working with Elkhorn was an absolute pleasure!
We needed a “few” additional electrical outlets installed in our unfinished basement. A little magic in the breaker box, some tastefully placed conduit into the basement and we now have two additional circuits. Two new circuits with a total of 17 outlets. Craft corner is up and running and now bring on the home theater!
Andrew and Justin were amazing! They walked us through everything they planned on doing ensuring we understood and were happy. We asked for a couple of additional things and they were happy to oblige.
Whole heartedly recommended. You’ve got a new customer. Our new GO TO for all of our heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical needs.
