My handyman recommended Elkhorn when my furnace died on a freezing cold night and I am so VERY happy with their service, professionalism, competence, and overall customer support. Eli came to my house within an hour (at 8pm at night), then came back another day to service the furnace and water heater. He was knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and promptly got it working again. He later came back to service the water heater and maintenance on the furnace and was professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Bryan installed a home humidifier system - again, he came on time, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and walked me through exactly how to work the system. As a first-time homeowner who is naive about such things, I never once felt like they were talking down to me, dismissing my questions, or taking advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell me things I didn't need. Both Bryan and Eli were genuinely nice and interested in helping me to improve my home at the least cost to me. I'm so impressed by their integrity and competence. Today, Kevin came to service the furnace again and he remembered me, my pup, etc. from his prior visit. He was thorough, answered all of my ques, and explained things really well. He did a great job and made me feel like his only, and most important, customer today. I highly recommend Elkhorn, Eli, Bryan, and Kevin without reservation.

Zack came to my home from Elkhorn this week, for my fall evaluation of my furnace/AC unit. Zack was not only very knowledgeable about the device, but he spotted an electrical problem with the lighting in my basement as well, and told me that Elkhorn could repair it, and I would get a discount on the repair, because I bought a maintenance plan with Elkhorn last spring.

Elkhorn’s maintenance plan not only covers the fall and spring furnace/AC evaluations, but offers the discount on other electrical, plumbing, and heating services as well.

I told Zack that I had a different company do expensive rewiring on my home last year, and that the problem he spotted was not the first problem I had with the other company’s work, and Zack told me that my Elkhorn maintenance plan would cover an electrician to come out, and evaluate my home’s electrical system as well !!

Zack came out this week to inspect my furnace/AC unit, for the season. He was VERY knowledgeable, and, while he was here, noticed another item in my home that Elkhorn could help me with.
I also expressed concern to him, about work done in my home, about a year ago by another company, and he arranged an inspection of the work, to be done by Elkhorn, to be CERTAIN, that my family and home are safe - AND, the inspection COST IS COVERED, BY MY ELKHORN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP POLICY, WHICH ALSO COVERS MY SEASONAL INSPECTIONS!!!!!😁👍

Have used them several times. I feel like they are quality focused and hire expert technicians who are not there solely to upsell you on things you don’t need. Today Will came out and very much appreciated his professional feedback and general enthusiasm for the craft. We have used them primarily for HVAC stuff but may branch out to other services they offer. Update 12/2025 - have branched out to electrical and plumbing through their home coverage service and same great service around that too. 2 techs came out today - one for electric and one for plumbing and they were both great. Highly recommend this company.

Andrew performed an electrical inspection of our house. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the inspection. He explained in detail the electrical report which we can refer to going forward.

As has been my experience with Elkhorn, the service was excellent. Kayla arrived during the time I was told she would arrive. She was friendly and competent and could not have done any better than she did.

Elkhorn has repeatedly gone over and above to do work at my house. Earlier this year they sorted through a complicated situation with my boiler. Elkhorn took on after the company which installed the boiler abandoned service when the boiler broke down. The technicians and service manager did great work and went through a lot of extra steps to work the manufacturer of the boiler.
I've also got a new water heater and a base board heater from them. All of it was done well with nice, considerate and highly skilled technicians.

The technician, Alex, arrived at the scheduled time and was courteous and friendly. He performed the annual furnace and humidifier service replacing filters in both and also checked the water heaters. He provided a full report and recommendations for the future. Overall service was timely and efficient.

Excellent service. Miguel did a fantastic job. He explained everything very thoroughly.

Elkhorn plumbing and Heating provided annual service on my Furnace, remain hot water heater today. Eric the service technician was great. He called prior to arrival was courteous and very knowledgeable. Eric completed his task and explained how things work on the Equipment. Eric is one of many reasons that I use Elkhorn plumbing and heating!

Bryan was very through and explained what he was doing. He went beyond just the routine checkup and spent extra time checking the gas pressure as I had requested. Good job!

I asked for Bryan to come and do my air conditioner annual inspection. He was just as through as the last time he came. I couldn't ask for better service.

Jake completed a very comprehensive tuneup of our AC system. He explained to me all that was needed. The entire operation took less that an hour. Jake was a good worker.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

12/25 - Justin performed the electrical check up and all is good. Recommended a few potential upgrades and was helpful in explaining things. Thx.

3/25 - Another 5 stars for service from Caiden. After a small issue from the service yesterday, Caiden came out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Again super helpful answering all my questions. Thank you Elkhorn and Caiden for same day service and attention.

3/25 - Kevin serviced our two units for our comfort club membership. He was very thorough and provided detailed test results and explained the meaning of the results. Also took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Thank you Kevin and Elkhorn team!

10/24 - We had a gas leak in our furnace and Elkhorn came the same day to fix it. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve. Eli and Alex came the next day to replace the valve and even fixed another gas leak we had. Both were very professional, but also very social. Happily answering all of my questions and providing tips and tricks to keep things running smooth. Thank you so much!

Will did a great job with my furnace maintenance. He was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. What I enjoy most about Elkhorn is the staff and integrity the company demonstrates.

Brian the technician was great! He diagnosed the furnace issue in the evening but didn’t have the right part. Showed up early the next morning and had it fixed quickly. He took time to answer all my questions.

Our furnace was not working this morning so we contacted Elkhorn who maintains our furnaces and air conditioning units. They promptly sent out a repairman (Bryan) who was great. He found our issue and restored our heat. This is consistent with the high level of service we have received from Elkhorn in fixing other issues with our heating and cooling systems.

Quick clean and competent . Answered all questions within understandable info.

Just had Elkhorn out to look at a tankless water heater we’ve been having problems with. This time the water wasn’t getting hot. Elkhorn had done some previous work on the unit. Alec came out adjusted the mixing valve and got some back up and running with hot water! While he was there he noticed the garbage disposal was locked up (I just had someone out there to free it up and they couldn’t), Alec was able to free it up! They did all this under warranty! Thanks Alec and Elkhorn!

Alec from Elkhorn replaced a copper pipe that was leaking that was tough to get to. He did quality work and was very thorough and took time to explain how this happens with our hard water. Very Professional and easy to work with!

Miguel installed a GFI outlet and conducted a full house electrical review. His work was outstanding. I highly recommend him and Elkhorn.

Will was our service tech for the fall maintenance of our furnace. He was super friendly and professional. We have the Comfort Club membership which includes a free furnace maintenance checkup (as well as a free plumbing checkup). He took his time cleaning, inspecting and testing the furnace and then provided a detailed explanation of what he found and what he did, as well as send pictures. He answered any questions I had and made a recommendation for us. I highly recommend Will and Elkhorn Heating.

We were scheduled for a visit from Elkhorn for a yearly furnace evaluation. Alex was our technician, and he was superb, explaining what he did, and reviewing what may be necessary in the future, but reassuring us that these things did not have to be done immediately. We're very pleased with Elkhorn in general. In addition ALL of their technicians have been excellent and treated us as people not just customers.
