I took a proactive approach to replace my HVAC system at my house. I spent a few months researching the different brands, which size would be the best for my size home, and the used terminology. Once I found the HVAC system that fit my needs, I started looking for a dealer/installer. I interviewed a few, look at the task at hand, had them provide quotes, and explain why that was the best method. Out of all the dealers I had come in, Elkhorn was by far the best. After they did the installation, hands down, they were THE BEST. I'm a stickler for details, and the crew that installed it (Bryan, Cal, Rick, and Aaron) were fantastic. I have never seen a crew work so hard and do it right. I would recommend the Elkhorn Heating and Air group to anyone and have 100% confidence to do it right.Gary, the owner, has put the bar relatively high for anyone else to reach. You can tell his team enjoys working for him and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work.

Our AC quit working after 5pm. We really didn't expect to be able to get it fixed with parts stores closed. These guys were out at my house in 30min and were able to repair multiple issues with my AC. They had the parts on hand and didn't charge and arm and a leg for them. Our technician Josh was extremely nice and professional. He explained everything that was going on and treated our house with extra care like putting booties on his shoes before he stepped on our carpet. Super nice when you have little ones crawling around. 10/10 would recommend. Will be using them if anything happens in the future.
