We had Elkhorn come and service our Heat Pump, which went out in the middle of the heatwave. They came out as soon as they could and solved the problem. Writing this from my inside my comfortably cooling home, as we speak!
I want to give a big shout out to the service technician, who put in a lot of hours and legwork to troubleshoot and then get all the parts necessary to get our system running before he left for the night. Not only did he get it running, but he was communicative, forthright, and respectful throughout the process. We really appreciated his dedication and honesty in resolving the issue.
