I had a different company show up for my annual pre-season Furnace check recently. After answering this persons question of how old the unit was, he immediately said that the unit was probably ready to be replaced.... never even opened the maintenance panels. SOOOO ... nope.
Contacted Elkhorn and within a couple of days. Will was the technician who spent the time with me going over what he was doing. Showed me pictures and discussed ways I could keep my system in a nominal state for the foreseeable future. It was a very nice. No replacement necessary.... Thank you Will and Elkhorn.
