Eric was quick, friendly, and very helpful.

Update 2025: Had our water heater tank replaced in 2025 by Alec. He was able to evaluate the situation and get us hooked up with a new system the same day we discovered the leak. He was extremely efficient and the work seems great.

Update 2026: Jack and Alton came by to check out some electrical issues. Both were very friendly and professional and were able to fix the immediate problem and provide expertise on the next steps.

We have used Elkhorn off and on for several years. Specifically to 'fix' things that other HVAC companies did incorrectly in our home. Last year we finally prepaid for one of their service memberships and we are glad we did. If we were always going to use them to fix things; why not just use them to maintain and service our HVAC equipment annually and when needed. They are extremely thorough in any of their services completed. Maintaining and servicing our furnace and a/c have been nothing but a positive experience. Their technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable. And they are service technicians only and not sales people. Refreshing. Zakee has completed annual maintenance on both our A/C and furnace and has done a terrific job. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable adn professional. Everyone we have interacted with at Elkhorn makes us feel like a valued customer and our business is appreciated. Management, technicians, support staff, etc. Amazing in this day and time! Very glad to have them as our HVAC company! And they do plumbing and electrical too!

Adding to a recent review - Jay helped diagnose and replace a busted furnace/AC blower motor and went above/beyond by taking other components quickly offsite to clean with a pressure washer and staying late on a Friday to get the job done. Even noted an issue with neighbor's sprinkler draining onto our sidewalk/driveway and notified all parties of the issue. Great service.
