Alex was at my house to check my thermostat/heat pump. While he was here he noticed a crack in the exhaust pipe.
He returned to Elkhorn to get the parts to repair the pipe. Approximately 2 1/2 hours later I had new pipework to the furnace/water heater. It was an old system, not up-to-code. Now it is. Doing the repair hadn't been in the days plan, but Alex fitted it into his schedule and kept me up to speed on what he was doing. He has a good, positive attitude. Thanks for the great work ! ! !
